It's 1780 and a prominent Brewster Estate was, finally, complete. Now, 240 years later, ''The Sophia Crocker Hopkins House'' can be yours. Museum-quality details include: dentil, crown & chair moldings. Kings boards floors, Norfolk iron latches, Sandwich glass window panes & more. Five fireplaces and a restored center chimney. Four airy and bright bedrooms. Country Kitchen flows to new decks, Den and private 16 ft. brick patio. This Georgian-Federal style, Center Hall Colonial became best known for the Summer guests it sheltered, including in 1888 - Anne Sullivan and a young student named Helen Keller. Being offered complete with a 1.5 story Barn. All set upon a majestic, three acre parcel that lives-large and benefits from surrounding conservation land. Fresh to the market.

    Love it!

I really love how simplistic it’s furnished/decorated. Shows the house for the house itself.

What a beautiful property and home.. love the outdoors and also the wild plants that are still remaining on the property. Rooms and those floor boards…WOW!
I would have liked to have seen the kitchen as I think that is one of the most important rooms in a house.
