    This is in exactly the condition I’d like to buy an old house in! Mostly there, mostly solid, not molested [basically}. Perfect starting place for the updates/upgrades/restoration to end with an exceptional old girl!

    I bet that’s where the sink was, and she had a little rot there in the walls and on the floor from water… other than that what a beautiful GRAND old lady she is…
