Love everything about it! A picture of the stairs would have been nice…always a good idea for potential buyers to see.

Maybe you could put all utility lines underground.

    • Zoomey says: 533 comments

I don’t think you can put lines underground that are not on your property. All of us are vulnerable to 5G upgrades if power lines pass by our house. Verizon put a bunch of bulbous 4G things near my house. I don’t like it, but not much I can do about it except move off the grid somewhere remote. I’d have to eat weeds and dirt, if I did that, so no go. I have to put up with the ugly wires!!
BTW this is the cutest cottage!! I love the bedroom tucked into the attic. What a charmer!!

I live very close to this town, which is pretty close to Acadia National Park. The town has a terrific library and Down East Maine has some of the best seafood in the world. Worth putting up with the weather!

So much potential. I love those blue shutters. If you trimmed those bushes in front of them it would really show off the home.

I had to come back and look at this property. I fell in love with it. I would love to live here. I hope the people/person buying will treat it as well as the current owner has. A perfect spot.

I have looked at this property so many times. Just idyllic. I’m envious of whomever ends up owning it.
