What a great house! The stone exterior is unusual for this style, but it works. Love everything I see here.

I could live here and route for the Chiefs. Heaven.

Love all the built ins and that window seat with the towering pines outside is to die for!❤️❤️❤️

Love those built ins! I bet there are some really pretty floors underneath all that ugly carpet! Why is this house so cheap?

This home looks like it’s been in the same family or only a couple of owners I bet the hardwood floors under the 1970’s era carpet look fantastic. Would be great to leave all the carpet in place til the decor is completed so you wouldn’t need to worry about drop cloths.

Beautiful!! I love it !!! Lot less upkeep with the brick exterior !!

    Can that price be correct???

I see a great house under the wallpaper overload. Think how much it would cost to build from scratch, if such a thing were possible. Impressive staircase!

I get that! I just thought it was an unbelievably low price for a place that may need “updating” of the decor but appears otherwise sound. I would think the land alone would be worth 150k or more!
