The photos being what they are, judging from the exterior I did not expect such a pretty staircase.

I wish they hadn’t taken these photos at night, they don’t show off the leaded and stain glass windows at all and doesn’t do much to show off the rooms natural lighting. Overall, beautiful staircase and the house!

I know there’s not always a choice to sale but what a stark difference between the photos and the street view in summer. The nearest corner of the house in the photo is that beautiful staircase, imagine it being highlighted with those windows during the day.

I wish they had better photos. I think it is a beautiful house in a neighborhood of nice homes. There even appears to be a George Barber house in the next block, two doors down. I would love to explore this house more as I think there is more there than meets the eye!

In addition to everything else people already said, I see vintage 50’s era kitchen cabinets in there and a decent no-vessel-sink bathroom. I love these big solid houses.

The photos don’t show this place off to its best advantage. There appears to be a lot to work with and it has some nice details such as the tin ceilings and gorgeous staircase. I would love to see daytime photos of the stained glass windows. Typically the kitchen remodels fight the style of the house, this one is no exception.
