I really like the dining room of this house, and it looks familiar. Was this posted before or a reader share?

I, too, really like the DR. And I just noticed the built-in bookcase(s) in the alcove off the DR.?? Love that the original breakfast nook set’s still in place. All in all, a cute house, just needs some spit & polish & paint – cosmetic things. (Okay, maybe hidden stuff like plumbing & electrical work, too.) The porte cochère is cool – really nice for rainy or snowy days when bringing in groceries, etc. And if the sq. is correct, it’s a bigger house than it looks to me. Guess so, with 4 beds & 3 baths.

Yes StevenF, this house was listed before. I really liked it, is why I remember. It is to bad it did not sell or is for sale again.

I absolutely adore this house! A little fresh wall paint, a little cleanup, maybe a little wood stripping, it would be gorgeous! I wish it were in Missouri.
