Gasp! That tile is GORGE! What a stunning entryway! That buttary wood is to die in there. Really great stained glass, +++ a fireplace too! Seems like it should be in a NY borough, especially Brooklyn. I don’t know, feels like a great space to have shot even a fleeting scene of “Moonstruck” in. Heheheh. Nice.
This is an example of a Design No. 37 from Modern Dwellings Third Edition by George F. Barber. It is one of over 140 standing Barber houses in my home state. This is also one of two Barber designed houses in Tipton. The other is an example of a Design No. 14 from Cottage Souvenir 2nd and 4th Editions.
