I included a 2013 street view since it was hard to determine what we were looking at in the listing photos.

The streetview is fairly recent (May 2018) and shows a 1920’s house right behind this Victorian era home: https://goo.gl/maps/LrYuYZy2Xi12 While the blurry interior photos of the Victorian house show a need for some TLC, the ’20’s house would have to be part of the deal from my perspective so that it could either be rented or become a “mother-in-law’s” apartment. Otherwise, having separate renters that close to the Victorian house would limit privacy. The Victorian could with work and investment become a nice residence again especially with the fine fretwork on the front porch. I also think this house design may be from a published source like a plan book. Nice staircase! This house has been on the market for a while. I seem to vaguely recall sharing it earlier this year in a post. Thanks for sharing again.
