As they say, ‘you can never tell a book by its cover’ and this is a prime example. I would have never expected such wonderful all natural/unpainted fine millwork details. The location also looks quiet and peaceful.

Oh my stars! I cant believe this place is up for sale. We lived in Quebec and in the summer we would go to Prince Edward Island, we stopped at this little Motel for the night. The next morning we would get up early to wait in line to take the ferry across to the Island. The lineups were long and hot, no reservation system back then, first come first on big Rigs had priority because they were taking supplies to the island. The ferry stopped running from there when they built the bridge. Little family places like these just closed up their business was solely people going to PEI. Beautiful home though well priced.

This is a really nice home for the price. It looks clean and well cared for. My first thought to use the additional buildings depends on whether this area can support a business of this type. Rent what looks to be maybe a half dozen rooms as artist studio space. Fix up the store to sell their wares and those of other local and regional artists.

Great place! Love the kitchen stairs and red kitchen floor! I wonder if the motel part could become a buy/sell/trade vintage stuff seasonal thing? Says its near the beach so theres probably people around in the summer months. I wish I was braver..or richer and could afford a second home ♡♡
