    Build date given is 1920 and that may be considering rural locations lagged behind the styles of the day but this feels pre 1905. Whatever the build date, I always wanted a fixer on lots of land.

      I get the same feeling about the build date; even for a rural area, it looks more 1890-1900. The pool boy needs a serious job discussion…

    At first I thought price was high until I see the barns and land. Liked it, but see it is probably gone. Oh. well.
