Beautiful home! I especially love the rounded arch entryways (reminds me almost of a hobbit doorway).

Exterior is especially appealing to me. Love the foyer and other arches throughout. We only get a partial glimpse of a cute arched cubby under the stairs; a better pic of that is needed. Also would like to see some back yard photos.

OOps! Never mind, now I see that the shot of the wine rack is the under the stairs space.

I like the wallcovering in the parlor. The exterior is very nicely done and well maintained.

Affordably priced Victorians are a mainstay of St. Joseph, Missouri. I lived and worked there for a couple of years about a decade ago and used to pass by this house frequently. I always wondered what it looked like inside so now I know. I like the arched openings into the various rooms. The listing agent, Lisa Rock (used to be my landlord) knows old houses as well as anyone you’re likely to ever meet. She has personally restored several period homes and was or perhaps still is on the City’s Landmarks Commission. I highly recommend her as she knows about nearly all of the old houses in this old Pony Express town.
