    1885 Italianate.

The interior is pretty nice. Not sure I’d want that downspout dumping right next to foundation. :0

It’s an interesting house that appears in excellent condition.

The Sanborn maps shows the A.P. Gage grist mill at this location into the 1890’s, and the property was developed after 1902.

OMG!!! I love maps, and I never knew of these sites! I just spent two hours looking up all the places I’ve lived. I think getting prints from these sites will make wonderful Christmas presents! Thank you for posting these links!

Once again, such a shame the photos are not crisp and bright. I have a feeling there is more beauty here than we can see.

This home with listed for $115 recently and we considered purchasing it, but the location is on a street that is adjacent to the courthouse, gas stations and a restaurant. It is a corner property though. The yard is extremely small.
It does have some beautiful detail though! I love the stained glass.
This is my hometown and we are looking to be either in the village, which is quaint, or outside the village for there might be a little more yard and quiet.

Just want to clarify, it’s not right next door (because some people won’t look for themselves.)

I just was in Warsaw on my way to Letchworth State Park for the Arts and Crafts Festival. I hope to go there soon, to see the leaves along the gorge, if the weather cooperates. I wish I’d known about this house.

It’s tower looks like it has a turret! I think the exterior is very interesting and unique. I quite enjoy this home, inside and out.

Jim H appears to confirm my suspicion this house was not built in 1890. until i saw his post, my guess was 1900. now it looks like it’s even a bit newer. Edwardian, not Victorian.

What an uncommon turret/tower! Never seen anything like that before! (think i’m not the only one here!)

A lovely home. I took a google stroll around the neighborhood and it is a very charming, tree lined area with pretty, well maintained houses. The court house doesn’t seem too close by. Don’t know anything about the town but it seems like a great house for the price. Love the kitchen and woodwork.

The only thing I didn’t like about this house was the kitchen. Unless there is more to it that they didn’t take pictures of, I’d have to do a major reconfiguration of this room. There’s no counter space to speak of! Other than that, I really like this house!

I adore this house! I love the dusty plum color and the turret. Then, as you go inside it’s like opening gifts at Christmas! Pocket doors? I love them, too. Thank you, Kelly for again knowing what your readers love and finding it over and over again.
