The land is open, with double road frontage, near the new by pass for easy access to Athens and shopping, there is an old store on the property, the yard has very large old oaks. The tax records say the house was built in 1860 but we think it is older than that. The house needs up dating and TLC but the potential is unbelievable. Security system in place.
