Let’s hope that this beautiful home wasn’t damaged for Hurricane Florence. I understand that Marion got hit pretty hard by flood water.

Hoping this small town is not flooded during the next week. For the asking price, this home seems destined to be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a big ornate beautiful home. Loads of potential.

Is this a Sears house? The floor plan is very similar to my grandmother’s house, but with a lot of upgrades and expansion.

Sears homes weren’t around until 1908. A few others were around before, but probably not in 1901. Where is her house?

What a beautiful house! I love the main stairs and the rooms look nicely proportioned. A nice house in decent condition for a good price. If only it was in my part of the country!

This has been slowly reducing in price the last month, now down to $139,000!

Why is this house so inexpensive? Maybe I am just used to California’s skyrocketing not worth the price homes???
If I didn’t have family and grandchildren here, I would be tempted to move across country to sit on that lovely porch.
