The house is amazing and move in ready!!
This one started out really nice-I’d put some stained glass in that gap in the bannister at the foot of the stairs, though. I think the bedrooms look like they’re awkward shapes and sizes.
There is so much to love about this house! The front porch is the first thing and that vestibule and wood work beautiful! I wouldn’t mind the updated shower, either!
After looking at the street view, one this is is for certain. You would always be able to see what time it is.
Gorgeous lot, interesting architecture in the area. I know it’s an 1880 home, but I would love to decorate this one with a 1920s style. Seems like it would suit it. There is a lot of blank canvas here. you could do or restore whatever you’d like, and then enjoy a nice break on that porch.
Restore the kitchen and bathrooms to their original glory and I’m in love….
Thank you for that comment! I’m selling my 1918 Four Square about 12 miles from this house and all I hear is “where’s the granite countertops?”.
BRAVO BRAVO! A huge round of applause for all of these Ohio beauties!
