An absolutely amazing Victorian home! Beautiful hardwood floors and woodwork, beautiful open staircase, and fantastic built-ins. You will be amazed at this home. Large entry, parlor, dining, and living rooms. The turret adds so much character in addition to the gingerbread and other features in the home. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. Wood burning fireplace in living room that is used all winter. Pocket doors between rooms, high ceilings, zoned HVAC for main level and 2nd story. Upstairs you have 3 large bedrooms and a 4th bedroom that can also serve as a great office space. Breezeway between the house and garage. This house also has a huge attic for great storage or could be finished for even more living space. The garage is every man's dream garage-46 x 26 heated garage with a large bedroom and bath above the garage. This property sits on a large corner lot-you will definitely want to take a look at this beautiful home.

It’s wrong to hate. Let’s say I have deep misgivings about Z-brick. Apart from that, what a fantastic house!

I am in love with this house. I would ditch some wallpaper and do a little painting, and of course change the strange looking baluster and banister on the secondary staircase…but what a beauty!!! If I could move to Kansas for her I would!

The first thing I would want to do is replace the washroom door under the stairs – put a beautiful paneled wood door there.
