What a delightful little house! Believe it or not, the attached gazebo is probably original; and it’s a real survivor for sure. So many of these great, detailed, frame porches were removed and replaced with stone and brick porches because the wooden ones just flat take a LOT of maintenance to keep them standing and in good shape. This one may need a little work, but seemingly not much. The front porch looks like it’s lost one of it’s brick foundation piers; but as long as the timbers are in good shape, that’s an easy fix. It would be an absolute DELIGHT to restore this house since it’s seemingly in pretty great shape overall, and only the “fun” stuff is left doing. I WANT THIS ONE!!!

I agree. A couple of nice original light fixtures, at least 2 stained glass windows and quite a bit of naturally finished woodwork inside. Very nice.

Go for it Dante. You’d be one of tens of thousands every year selling out of California and moving elsewhere. Why not enjoy that big ole wad of Cali. equity and find yourself a nice little place like this one. 🙂
