What a beautiful property! I would definitely have to negotiate for some of the furnishings as well. Nice post.
Oh.My.Stars.
I think I’m in lust with that kitchen. I actually like all of it, but I’d paint it several colors, like a painted lady, and leave the rest alone.
Lovingly cared for by current owners & well kept— beautiful, exquisite woods! Lovely personal pieces too. Love the porch off the bedroom— the porch ceiling is interesting on the screened upstairs porch. :-). (10 minutes from Columbus IN?)

Yep, just a few miles South of Columbus. That’s a really pretty part of our state. Someone will be very lucky to have this wonderful property!
How sweet! With wrought iron on the loose boxes, and the owner is a quilter, too. Quite perfect.
Beautiful woodwork!!! You can’t ask for more than that. Gorgeous.

Kudos to the owners for preserving all that beautiful woodwork!
This is absolutely perfect. The home is so well maintained, the furnishings go so well with the home, the pastures and the horses…I could die happy here!
What a stunning home and property! I love that porch ceiling off of the bedroom and have never seen anything like it!
Photos 5 and 11 show what looks like an outhouse to the side of the house. It’s actually a “Hasha House”. An outdoor wood burner/furnance that heats water and pumps it in to heat the house and provide hot water. Pretty economical. What a nice country home. I love the woodwork, kitchen, and spacious bedrooms.
Oh my goodness, if I was younger this would be the place for me. Love everything about this property, and the barn, wow nice place for the horses. This is my dream home for sure. sigh. Hope whomever buys it will appreciate all that gorgeous wood.
I’m like you Karen, if I was only younger this would be my next home. Lovely country setting with the horses, the barn, the beautiful cared for home. What more could a person ask for? It’s just gorgeous.
Finally they showed the horse barn. I LOVE it and such nice fencing too. Very nice well kept home.
I love this one, the charm even extends to the barn with those iron details. Just beautiful.
