This house could be so special!

I’ve never seen stair tread corners before. What a treat!

Liked the built in vintage cupboards. Of course, liked the small pantry. Porch needs some work. Like the vintage sinks and tubs in baths. Nice exterior.
Love the hpuse. Needs a little work. Love all the windows.
Absolutely amazing! Love the porch, all the windows, the high ceilings, the built-ins, the view…. So many things! This house is an absolute favorite of mine!
Such a cool looking place! What are the corner pieces on the stairs called. So many little surprises!
They are called “dust corners” and you can still buy them.
Thank you!
Could be a lovely rustic home with repairs, restoration, and period/place appropriate decor.
Please leave the doll house and sewing machine…I’ll be right home!

Sweet looking house. I often find I like the exteriors but the interiors are too close or fancy for my tastes. Not so with this one. I especially loved the bathroom sink with the little shell shaped soap dish.
Oooh pretty! I love this!
Love everything about this house…….right down to the great basement! Oh, what I could do with this home!

Kelly! This is the one! Right in the area I want and has the major stuff done! Even I can handle the restoration left to do. I do have to laugh though. The bathroom with the shelf above the bathtub with the toilet paper stacked up on it? You just know where that toilet paper going to end up! Right in the tub! Hopefully when there is no water in it!
Kirtland cutter designed many prominent buildings and mansions in the NW, including the Davenport hotel, Campbell museum house, and Glover mansion in Spokane; the globes mansion’s mirror twin–the Conrad mansion museum in Kalispell Montana; Lake McDonald lodge in Glacier national park, and the Rainer Club in Seattle. It’s nice to see a smaller house surviving so intact. It’s particularly amazing this house still has its original windows because Spirit Lake is known as the snow belt of North Idaho.
Treasures abound!!!!!! The light fixtures are sensational and I’m dying over the wainscoting in the dining room. Delicious!

I have friends that live in this town. Very friendly and a nice place to live!

The quintessential lake house where I wish I remembered spending summers with grandparents, cousins, aunts & uncles and a ton of dogs. It’s terrific. I’ll bet it is very cozy in winter with that fireplace blazing away. The hanging light fixture is just gorgeous, a reason by itself to buy the house!
I love this house, inside and out and I also love the name of the town. It would be helpful if American realtors put floor plans in with the description. I would love to see the layout of this house. I
