Over 3000 square feet, under $100,000! You can fix this fixer-upper up with a little bit of love! This historic home has been updated with many of modern conveniences, but needs some mending. The kitchen has granite counter with beveled edges, a deep copper farmhouse sink. Modern cabinets. The large master bathroom has a jetted tub with a separate shower and two vanities. Walk in closet! This home still feels distinguished with it's soaring ceilings and wood floors. The rooms are so large and you'll love to put your own finishing touches on this southern beauty! Very nice for a very nice price. I wonder if it was the parsonage for the church.

Bargain! Next to a very pretty church. The railroad might bother some people; to me it’s a cozy sound. The main, probably original, section of this house looks earlier than 1870. I like the simplicity of the place & the kitchen is ok too. With a little spit & polish, it could be a jewel.

Love the house but my broken record comment is: wait for a sunny day to take listing pictures. Surely they aren’t that hard to come by in MS.

I agree, but sometimes life and weather get in the way. We rescheduled 4 times trying to get the Colorado weather to show us some love. Our photos were overcast. We weren’t rescheduling a 5th time. (We didn’t have the house finished, then we had snow, then we had rain, then we couldn’t meet with the photographer…it was very frustrating).

I love this house and actually like the kitchen even though it is too modern for my taste. I would love living here.

Wow!! All it needs is a little exterior paint and some floor sanding. I would have to put in a garage/workshop. The kitchen and baths are fine to me. Wifey likes natural wood cabinets though. This house is wonderful, I could easily see myself living there. As for the train….I LOVE TRAINS! (Excuse the shouting.)

I, too, would have loved to see the house before it was updated. Why is the toilet often shown to be the major part of a picture. Like the porches and fireplaces. Nice muted colors on walls.

Could be beautiful with some work.
