Photos from when it sold a couple of years ago, can’t say what’s changed since:

The house is amazing and I love it, but I can’t help but be tickled by the wording of the listing that says “oh look! A zipline!” but ends with hospital proximity – ya know, just in case the zipline doesn’t work out as planned. XD

This house is just wonderful. It has a fairy tale quality that I so love.

I have to say the previous listing photos were much better. This is a wonderful home whatever ‘style’ it is (european/arts&crafts-ish…?). Pretty darn nice.

What an extraordinary home. I hope the realtor sees this request for more photographs. The home goes from a spectacular exterior to a pleasant interior, until you see the old photographs. Then then interior is revealed to be as remarkable as the exterior.
I agree with jeklstudio that there is a strong Craftsman influence in the exterior design. My guess is that there is some Gothic Revival design as well, with the Gothic windows, diamond panes of glass and complicated gable bracework.
What is surprising to me is the Free Classical design of the interior inside the Gothic Revival-Craftsman exterior.
I wish I had a good reason to move to Spokane.

Wow, that open plan interior is something! I see some Gothic in the exterior as well as a bit of Norwegian “Dragon” style (there certainly are plenty of Norwegians in Washington State, looking at you Rick Steves). There was fashion for that medieval at the end of the 19th Century so it doesn’t surprise me to see it, it’s just unusual.

Great house and I really hope that marble bathroom hasn’t been changed from 2016! Also, I would love a house with a zipline!
