Gosh! I wish they would have shown us that top room in the tower. It looks like stained glass in the windows!

Another beauty! That staircase is wonderful. I wish we had prices like that for houses like this in MN.

What a gorgeous graceful staircase! I’m afraid I’d have to see that ceiling mural close up and know the history before deciding to keep it, though.

Put a fork in me ‘cus I’m done! A tower, curvy staircase, unpainted wood, AND cherubs on the ceiling?! ????

What an impressive exterior. I’m surprised by the listed sq. footage. I would have guessed larger, but I do love the unpainted wood and I even like the cherubs. I would have to think about that garage though. Something needs to be done to make it more appropriate to the house. Overall a very nice property.

I’m from Defiance Ohio, 20 miles away from Bryan. Bryan is a wonderful little town that is quite affluent because it’s economy isn’t based on Industry (unlike Defiance…site of the largest General Motors foundry and going through extremely rough times). Bryan reminds me of the town in the movie, It’s A Wonderful Life. There are many sweet little homes there…and then there’s this gorgeous one!

Thanks for sharing info about the town. I am always curious about the community some of these houses are in. Knowing more truly enhances these listings!

It’s sooo much to like here that I don’t know where to begin! I really don’t!!! The curved staircase, the cherubs in the ceiling, the alcoves in some of the rooms, a place for the sewing machine and ironing board in the laundry room, everything so conveniently located. I usually don’t care for houses where the entry door seems to meet the inside staircase, but I am willing to make an exception in this instance! I really like this one!

What species of wood is the molding made from?

Lovely home! The cherubs on the ceiling are so sweet! Beautiful exterior paint job!

Stunning!! Just too bad these beautiful homes are in town. Put it on a couple acres in the country somewhere and I’m all in!!

What a beautiful home. That staircase is outstanding. I am surprised that no one else commented on the crowded area it sits in and a school almost across the street. I agree with Julie, it should be on a few acres outside of
