    Improvements? Like, where? First of all, there’s not enough photos to tell, and second of all, I love it as-is! Hope they find a buyer like me 🙂 Oh, and the street view is remarkable! I have to move to MA!

    Such a perfect-looking home and I agree with Bethany I was thinking we might need to move to Massachusetts.
    We are really looking for a home like this outside Buffalo, New York. Every morning I think maybe I will find it and my hunt will be done…

    this is a bit of a mystery to me…the house is assessed at considerably more than the list price, and the available homes in the neighborhood seem to be selling for considerably more than this home. It’s lovely, judging from the few photos, and while I think $300 bucks a month in taxes is rather high, I understand that taxes up north are much higher than what I am used to in general, and this is probably a normal tax burden, maybe even a bargain for the area. The narrow, wooded street seems to be the norm in this neighborhood, at least, most of the surrounding roads seemed to be of similar appearance. I would love to see the kitchen, bath, basement and attic, for a better idea of the “improvements” needed. The exterior looks to be in very good shape… I thought it looked so good it must be vinyl, but the listings I found say it’s a wood exterior. Very nice!

      Oh how I wish my taxes were 300.00 a month, try $1,500+ a month. Long Island, NY. You don’t live here, you just try to survive here.

        Yikes. I live in an unincorporated part of Central Florida. My taxes are $750 a year. They just went up from $710. $1500 a month would bankrupt me, especially when I retire. That is more than my current mortgage payment…almost double, in fact. At the height of the housing bubble, a lot of people I know lost their homes because the taxes just kept going up. If someone is struggling to make a $2000 mortgage payment, and suddenly your taxes go from $100 a month to $1000 a month, you’re doomed. I guess that’s why I never minded living in an unfashionable part of town 🙂

    I also love that it’s pink. I am not normally a pink kind of person, but the Floridian in me loves this pink house
