Love both baths. My antique dealer eye kept getting distracted by the estate sale items, instead of the house details! House next door looks cool on street view.

Love the bathrooms as well. The tile work still looks good! Is the window over the sink in the kitchen looking into another room?

Whenever there’s never a picture of the basement/mechanicals, I always think that’s a bad thing.

Probably depends on where in the city you’re looking. If you’re on the suburban edge, probably not that much (it’s not an expensive city/state) but in older parts it might be more.

    1705 Queen Anne

Well, there’s certainly a lot to love about this one; from the fabulous bathrooms and kitchen, to the unusual fretwork above the staircase and the wallpaper throughout to its location in that picturesque town amidst other Victorian and Edwardian beauties. The only thing that vexes me is the lack of a fireplace in the front room. But the chimney is still present so I’d look to reinstate a suitable one and then it’d be near perfect in my eyes. 🙂

Love everything about this house. The antiques are awesome, especially the Renaissance Revival bookcase writing desk. I would buy that in a heartbeat.
