On record shows 1920 but that’s wrong. I don’t know the exact year, I’m guessing 1890’s to super early 1900’s.

You’re right on – the website says 1898.

Lovely home has been a B&B and fishing lodge near the Salmon River. Altmar used to be called Sand Bank, in the Town of Albion. This looks like a ton of house for the money!

It looks very similar to my house in Iowa that was built in 1913. It was late for a Queen Anne Victorian but apparently the style remained popular in the Midwest.

I like it a lot! I especially love the Azaleas out front. WOW! pretty house that needs a little TLC, but wouldn’t take a lot to make her shine!

I’m in Washington state. I’m ready to move to NY just for this house!

I remember seeing this property in the past. There were remarks about the fish. Did something change? The ask price?

It was shared in a link exchange, perhaps that’s where you remember it from.

Me, too! I think Kelly’s right; would make sense.

Great house for the price! I’m curious about New York taxes though. I also remember a discussion about the fish in the pictures as well!

This is just the perfect home, except we are looking at the Buffalo area to live.
I love everything about this beauty!

This is a great price for a grand old home. I love those red flowers in full bloom that look as if they are falling out of the window!

Love this home! Those bright red flowers in front look as if they are tumbling out of the window! The woodwork is stunning and I love that kitchen floor!

Charming house with some gorgeous trim. The staircase is wow.

That entry and stairhall are stunning. The rest of the house is lovely, too, but my mind stopped at the stairhall. And I love the door surrounds – they’re more substantial than I’m used to seeing.
