    The exterior is exquisite. I like the fact that the rear wing, clearly a mid-20th century addition, does not try to imitate, upstage or compete with the original house. It just sits there quietly and respectfully while adding a lot of useful space.

    all those fantastic fireplaces may be just catalog items but they are damn impressive catalog items. and those floors – yum yum. such a nice place and i agree too – lose the lawyers.

    Wow, beautiful exterior! For me I’d have to remodel that kitchen though and I’d need a floor allowance, hope those hardwoods are still hanging out under that carpet…
