A lot of surprises inside this one! I absolutely love the shade of green paint in the back sitting porch area.

Really cute exterior, and no fewer than THREE interesting FPs–that was a surprise!

My sister and her first husband rented the house on the corner across the street. A classmate lived next door to them, and her room was the front attic window. A fairly large family lived in the house being featured. One of the sons was a fellow Berea alum. He was a Hotel Management major, and gave me a ride home on occasion.

I had no idea this house was so old.

This particular section of Bardstown was known as “Henrytown” because a man with the last name of Henry built a bunch of identical houses in this area. I believe the houses across the street from this one are Henry houses, as well.

This is so perfect for what I would need, minus white kitchen, for myself I would change that, but it’s perfectly fine. Great house, at a very affordable price.

Fresh paint inside and out, rip up the carpet and this would be perfect. Wish I could find one like it in central VA!
