Incredible place! I don’t know what you’d do with it all, but it’s a gas to look at. It all takes you right back in time, deliciously.

Do you get all the cool stuff for that price?
Iā€™d love to have this place!
Iā€™m in LOVE and I have enough family to fill up most of those bedrooms.

What a great place! The old store is the perfect venue for someone’s collections; just as you see. I remember that ice cream freezer! I do feel sorry for the poor owl though, and would have to liberate him from his ignominious place. Poor guy. heheheh.

This is definitely a very cool property. I don’t know what I’d do with it either, but as long as we’re shopping, why not buy a whole town??????

    Love this.

    WOW !
This reminds me of another post awhile ago that had outbuildings like these everywhere. Wouldn’t it be fun to live here! What a good price and with a pretty river oh my…

Pure nostalgia here in a very picturesque setting. Living at this locale would probably be like living in a museum complex with reminders of the past at every turn. Over 6 acres comes with the deal so for anyone who appreciates and seeks the rustic country flavor, this one should do well. Oh, by the way, someone should clothe the female mannequin standing on the countertop in the name of modesty-just sayin’.

My grandparents lived at Licking and right around in this area was my grandpa’s favorite fishing holes. He used to bring us over in the Model T he had, 8 grandkids all stuffed in the back of it. šŸ™‚ Great memories.

My aunt was the postmaster for many years.

  15. This is just awesome. Can’t you picture it being the local hangout where people go to talk about the weather over a cup of coffee, then grab milk and bread for the Misses?
