The rusty roof had me scared to look inside… but it’s lovely. Stained glass and fireplace built-ins. Yum.

Can metal roofs be repaired/sanded or something?

Lovely property. I wonder if the wallpaper in the foyer is velvety?

Sometimes the real estate photos tell a story (the hospital bed, etc.). Yowza on that hall wallpaper!

The metal roof is doing it no favors, but this is a charming home that could be very pretty with some elbow grease. All the outbuilding, barns, quite a deal.

Years ago, I may not have found the rusty tin roof to be the desirable feature that I do today. It can really grow on you. Love the house style, siding and price and the rusty tin roof.
