Not too many pics, but what I can see of the interior, I like! The foyer, the staircase, the arched doorways, the kitchen (although persoanally, I’d replace the backsplash & countertops), the fireplace… nice!

I love that tile in the kitchen. I wouldn’t touch it

I live in Waco, 20min away…this home is in Falls County that has low taxes and therefore the infrastructure is not up to standards…streets, water/sewer, and schools etc. if you don’t have kids in school it may be perfect for you. Tons of great old cotton Barron homes. So much potential…so little jobs

Love it and I wouldn’t change anything either, except to finish the floors and any needed repairs.

Love those archways, and what a nice kitchen (although I’d want to take out the island stove for an O’Keefe & Merritt)!
