Exceptional opportunity for a beautiful home in a prime Browndale Park location. European exterior styling charms this 1917 one-story home. All the beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors are still intact for your restoration. Lower level features look-out windows and higher than expected ceilings for much more finished square feet. Oversized lot and newer large garage in back.

Not sure if I like the exterior, but do like its interior. Two windows in the bath is a bit unusual, & nice. In the kitchen I would see if there’s HW under the flooring and would add a little color by painting the walls. Same with the walls above the white subway tiling in the bathroom.

Looks like a combination of styles — mission, craftsman, tudor. Lovely neighborhood of what looks like kit or planbook houses.

Edina is an older suburb adjacent to Minneapolis. It’s quite a desirable place and has experienced a fair number of teardowns in recent years – older, smaller homes replaced with mcmansions. It’s more prevalent in certain neighborhoods. I certainly hope that doesn’t happen to this lovely house.

  4. Love this place , it just seems weird to me to have this style of house in MN. I could see it in the southwest.

Seems to have endured an assortment of remodels. I do like the kitchen–cabinets all the way to the ceiling. Nice little house.

Nice, though the exterior has a pristine quality that I was hoping went throughout, like these:

I love it, so unique! I do have to wonder, what kind of roof does it have? I think the brown teamwork outside looks okay, but doesn’t do this home justice. Also thought I would see a lot more tile, no biggie though
