I am in love. Wouldn’t ever have thought about looking for an Italian Renaisance, but for some reason this house really spoke to me. I’ve owned some wonderful old homes, but the little town I live in now has mostly Victorians. I enjoy looking at them but don’t want to live in one. Our house has a big wonderful yard, part wild and some flower gardens. The house has wonderful flow, fantastic views, and a comfy feeling, but it is not this exciting. I hope someone buys and takes care of it.
What a beautiful house! I wish that I could see the pics on my laptop and not just my phone (it crashed). It just looks perfect.
Unbelievably gorgeous house and for only 200K? Amazing, but show us the bedrooms and baths.
Gorgeous houses like this put the OH!!!!!! in Ohio.
Weller Pottery connection and they only show a close-up of one fireplace surround? This home is so graceful – everything seems to flow and makes it pleasing to the eye. Unless there are hundreds of negatives we aren’t seeing, seems a bargain.
That was my thought too. I was expectingto see some amazing tile work. House is beautiful though.
I really like the arched ceilings in the third and fourth pictures, simply stunning!
This home exudes charm. ?
Oh how pretty. Sadly its in a very depressed area for finding a job but if you can it is lovely. I want to explore all the little nooks I see. The other thing good is no noisy neighbors or teen drinking parties….dead people are rather quiet.
I didn’t see a cemetery near by…what dead people?
Another drawback to Ohio is the high property taxes. It shows the home assessed around $97k and property taxes are a little over $4k, and in Ohio, you have to check and make sure that the amount shown for taxes isn’t for just 6mos. I’ve learned that since I have been thinking about moving near my sister in the Cleveland area.
I think Gail is talking about the funeral home next door. The funeral home matches the house above as with outside trim etc.(see street view) wonder what the story is. The street view makes the house look even more stately.
i love the yellow sunroom, lots of light, i’d sleep out there, ha
This could get me to move East.
Lots and lots to love and at a great price too. I too love the yellow sunroom!
Very nice house with a very stately appearance in comparison to the surrounding houses. Love the large front yard and the separate 3-car garage. I just don’t think I could live next door to a funeral home.
Why does it say “Detached two car garage?” It looks like 3 or is one door fake?
All three doors used to work. Haven’t been in it for a while.
Very stately home. I love all the rooms. As far as the funeral home goes, you could extend the brick wall or even raise it taller. Go to Zillow and look at Street view, and you will see what I mean.
placement of the fridge over the doorway in kitchen is frustrating, seems they remodeled it without thinking of that piece. Rest of house is amazing ! love the wood and fireplaces, and that sunroom!!
I’m disappointed the upstairs isn’t showing where the eyebrow windows in the roof are located! Was really looking forward to seeing how they treated that. Lovely home overall and love the cove ceiling in the one room and all the casements
The room to the left of the refrigerator was a walk in refrigeration room when the house was built. The eyebrow windows are on the 3rd floor which is open. I walked this home on Friday and I am currently in contract. The garden patio is incredible! Can’t wait to move in.
Congratulations George! It will be nice to see someone living there who cares for the house. My wife lived there for some of her teen years. Spent a few Christmases in that nice living room.

I am not crazy about the kitchen, but with all that room, oh the fun I would have remodeling it!!! I am in love. Gorgeous!!
