Especially pretty Tudor Revival house on a street with several other Tudor/ Norman Style homes. I really like the front elevation chimney design and stone color.

Oh yes…this I like very much.

When I did my usual Trulia check, I found housing in Drexel Hill offered reasonable prices and solidly built houses from the 1920s-40s. With the proximity to downtown Philadelphia I expected much higher. Anyone local have an insight?

I really like the iron work of that banister.

so pretty, like the sunrm, best, with rock walls/floor

I live in this area. Though there are some beautiful homes, school and property taxes are very high and each house has almost no yard to speak of. Congested traffic too.

Bathroom alert! The tile looks great!

    Love the recurring arch theme.

This home is simply stunning! Love the garden-style room with the snack/refreshment bars, all three bathrooms, and that Viking range has been on my wish list for a long time. I would rework the kitchen though to reflect more cohesion with the age and style of the home. This home will make some lucky family very happy!

What a grand home! I absolutely LOVE the “Irish Pub” lol. But I’m
surprised that the homeowner and the builders still opted for steam
heat instead of the more modern forced air heating.

But I love the look of this beautiful home, and I could really enjoy
    living here.

Oh Kelly, can you hear me screaming and jumping up and down?? My favorite style and so much of it! Practically perfect in ever-y-way! Those bathrooms…the tile floors (that one with the small green/cream squares), I’m so in love, I wish I could have it, like, right now.
The only thing I would add is a banister to that ‘back’ stair that leads to the kitchen. A bit scary coming down that with no railing. But, WOW is this one a beauty.

After looking at this wonderful site for many months now, I have never felt so much passion.

Lovely house. My only objection: that stairway in the kitchen must be out of code! No handrail! But easily remedied. The entire house is spectacular. It’s so inviting and solid, pretty, well maintained. What’s not to love? Taxes, maybe?

Greek and classic revivals have always been my favorite styles, but I must say since I’ve become addicted to OHD the Tudors are rapidly beginning to pass them for me. Love this one! Those bathrooms are perfection.

I just realized there doesn’t seem to be a Dining Room or at least not one shown or mentioned.
