What a classic house; totally charming!
What a great old home. Love the kitchen and the china doorknobs. Wainscotting in all the rooms are nice too
Love this house. Much bigger than it looks. Are those working fireplaces?
Love the house but the inside needs some colour. Other than that, it’s a beauty!
There’s something cheerful & jaunty about this place that’s very attractive — maybe due to the whimsical fireplace surrounds. Nestled among houses of similar vintage in a tidy neighborhood, it’s in a good commuter location between Greensboro & Durham. This is a lucky find for somebody.

Looking at the exterior, one would never guess how tall the first floor ceiling are. Sweet house.
The detailing on the fireplaces remind me of puzzle pieces. It is larger than I thought and in good shape. Lucky person who gets this house.
What a sweet house! And a good price–this is a winner.
Wasn’t sure where to put this but I hope readers of this site consider negative comments about the decor, housekeeping or the owners results in the rest of us being denied the fun of the comment sections. We all have our own particular passions, tastes and opinions – some are better kept at home and not in the comment section. Kelly does a great job of managing and supplying us with wonderful homes – let’s not make it more difficult causing her to spend her time editing instead of publishing.

Not sure if you put this on the wrong post, since no one had anything rude to say on this one. But thanks, I try to keep negative comments from appearing publicly.
Kelly, is that why the comments on the rock house in Mammonth Springs, AR is closed? Negative comments? I’ve never seen the comment section closed before; thought that odd.

Just come to know when certain houses will not draw the most positive comments and it’s just easier for me to turn them off on certain houses. Only happens every once and a while.
