I grew up here, walked past this house every morning before school and after school in the afternoon. This whole street has some beauties like this ~ or this one 🙂

Colfax is a nice little community close to Washington State University. It sits in the middle of palouse country, lots of wheat fields. I have been through there many times.
This is a nice representation of the type of craftsman homes you will see in the northwest.

great house perched up above the street which is bonus and it has been maintained nicely. just needs a bump overall in terms of color choices and brining more authenticity into the kitchen and baths but you’ve got a nice place to start from.

Great home. Love the Palouse country. Winters are usually milder than elsewhere in the state.

Men’s toilet? What happens when the women need to go to the bathroom? Oh I guess they get to use the one with the beautiful stained glass flower window! Sounds fair to me.
