This 3 story brick home has been completely gutted and is waiting to be restored back to it's original glory! There are 6 rooms and 2 baths on the 1st fl, 8 rooms and 2 baths on the 2nd fl, and 8 rooms and 2 baths on 3rd fl. It has hardwood and ceramic flooring. Many of the old doors and woodwork was saved. This historical home is known as the McNeal mansion of Windber. In approx 1940's the home was converted into 6 apartments. There is also a home in the rear with a garage as well as an additional lot that is included.
