Love that kitchen!! And it looks livable as long as the foundation is good. Mmm. My brain is flipping.

How sad, this is on the other side of the state from me. But man, this amazing house at this price and so close to the ocean? Trifecta. I would also love so much of the furniture inside!

We may have a winner! Showed this to my husband. His family settled near Merry Hill in the early 1700’s. My father lived there as a boy. His father and grandfather trained racehorses at nearby Avoca Plantation. After completing 11 renovations in 42 years we said “no more” and retired. BUT hubby is interested and we may be taking a trip.

Really sweet and on a big flat corner lot. It looks like they had a little store on the corner which should be noted in the local history. I’ll guess the house is 10 years or so earlier, and the rear section may have been an earlier home facing the crossroad.

Oh wow…. 1st… where do the kitchen things go? Food? dishes? 2nd… diagonal bead board or textured wall paper? 3rd.. whats the small door in the bedroom wall?

Been renovating houses for 40 years. Its a beautiful flower that just needs some tending by a very experienced diy gardner. Will show to my husband see what he thinks.
