Fantastic century home, notable for the Greek Revival-style porticoes. Hand-carved fretwork on the pediment over the doors & windows and use of undersized brick are distinctive features as well. Ohio history is reflected in the authentic architectural home style. The grand hall foyer, crown molding, woodwork, pillars, & stained glass are all a part of what made this era historic and memorable. Distinctive original carpet. The staircase is a feature of the grand hall and carpet that was redone in the 1970's to coordinate with the 1st floor. 12'x14' screened porch, 1 car attached garage. 36'x17-1/2' carriage house. Exterior basement entrance. This historic mansion on a large corner lot in the village is a legend that needs tender loving care. Listor accompany. Room sizes, dates, and sq. ft. are approximate.
