Another already pending! Looks like a lovely country setting.

Oh wow, this is the home I dream of finding and fixing up one day. I bet there’s wood under all that carpet, and I love the wallpaper. Just needs some love (and bathroom help). I actually like the kitchen. A person would need a four wheel drive vehicle (and some boots) for an unpaved driveway in MI, just sayin’.

Pending, huh? Someone else has seen the potential of this nice old brick home with elbow room.

I hope the pending buyer loves it enough to restore rather than make new! This could be a lovely place again, with wonderful countryside all around it. Kelly, this hurts! One house after another that I could snap up & keep!

OMG the door in the dining room that leads to the kitchen pass through – I wonder who designed that! But its quirky and I love it!

The exterior of this one reminds me so much of the first house I bought. Interior not so much. Lots of love, cleaning, wallpaper stripping and oh what a beauty it could be. Hope the new owner makes it beautiful again.

I think this house has the only blue painted wood floor I’ve seen on Old House Dreams! Besides this novel feature, the rest of the house is consistent with a house built around the Civil War era. The enclosed staircase makes it difficult to date more accurately based on the architectural evidence.

I just found this in my “to post” list that Carla had shared it with us in the link exchange. Sorry Carla and thank you. 🙂
