I assume all the interior photos are of the main home. There is another listing on Zillow when it was for sale by the owner, link: “This is my Dad & Mothers home and has been in the family for almost 80 years. My Dad is deceased, and mother is in a retirement home and no longer able to take care of all this property. We also need the money to take care of her. We are selling the whole corner which includes the main home, pasture land to the left of main home, a small corner store, and next door a smaller home and land on 431.”

Hi, I just got out of the Army after a LONG 7 year enlistment. I’m looking to move to a very peaceful more rural area. These pictures aren’t very cohesive as to how the property is set up. Is the 2nd home in rentable shape. Any info and insight would be great. Please just send it to my email. I love old houses and am definitely in the market. The 2nd home if rentable would be an added bonus. Thank you so much, Kerry

That’s not a bad price, but looking at the walls, I wonder how in the heck you could survive winter in this place. It doesn’t look like thick walls or insulation.

Some goodies at that estate sale I’d like to have. A neat old place, hope someone who will love it buys it.

built in 1700 according to Zillow ~ if only those walls could talk! I initially wasn’t thinking of insulation in the walls for warmth but for protection from hurricanes and tornadoes… but, if it survived this long it must have been sturdily built.
What a tempting offer…. if it had more acreage I would play with the idea ….

Me too, I wonder if all the “stuff” in the house is included in the sale?

I see tags on everything so I assume there was an estate sale. Just an assumption not a fact or anything. 🙂 The furniture is indeed awesome though.

Great pric with 3 acres. I am interested. Do the fireplaces works? maybe get a wood burning stove too….
That should with mild winters take care of heat problems

Showing a drop to $49,500 on Trulia and Zillow but not the agents site yet. I’m not sure if that’s a real drop for the entire property or if the property was split. I hate it when the agents site isn’t updated with the new info.
