Designed by Architect Charles Wilson of Columbia, SC. Original blueprints come with house. Cedar closet. Mantle is in basement for FP where wood stove is. All roof drains are copper downspouts on outside of house Flat roof with white rubber. Roof is 2 years old. New marble FP upstairs & down. All floors redone 8 years age. Some rooms have in-laid floors. FP in living room is working. Air units 3 - 10 years old. Space heaters are battery back up & $1,000 each, 4 yrs. old. If sq. ft. is important measure.
