Love the corner sink and the back stairs. Apparently, though, the floors are spread with margarine, not with nicely cut and matched pieces of hardwood . . .

First thing I noticed too Bethany…some Realtor needs a spelling lesson! Besides, “Everything’s better with Blue Bonnet on it!” lol
      Love the room colors!

I love the marble corner sink as well. Yeah…those “Parkay” floors. (!)

There are some wonderful features in this house. I can’t imagine why they would feature a bare mattress in a photo, especially when there is a quilt right there!

Interesting home with complex roofline. The front porch seem to heavy and I wonder if it had a smaller “lighter’ design.

Don’t miss a peek at the spectacular Jewel parlor stove in frame 9 to the left. It is probably original to the house, and will probably convey according to the description. It’s a magnificent piece, and very valuable.

Looks like the porch was rebuilt at some point, probably in the 30’s, and has unfortunately lost it’s original ornamental detail. Other bits seem to be missing from the exterior as well, and the front gable window and ornament are not right.

Fabulous house with great character and detail. LOVE…

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a wallpapered vent pipe before! That must have been tedious.
