Elegant Colonial dating back to 1864 captures all the grandeur of its era. Large rooms with oak woodwork and wood floors, arched doorways, widow's walk and more make this home an absolute delight. Yard is over 1 acre and is landscaped around stone fences, 3 porches and barn/garage. Updates include newer wiring, plumbing, floor joists, water lines, roofing. boiler and more. Long windows allow for plenty of sunshine to cascade into rooms. Third floor has attic, small storage room and leads up to widows walk with awesome view of village.

Nice home except for some of the wood work that was painted, that would be removed and restore the wood. other than that and removal of vinyl not a bad price, makes me want to move to Ohio. wonder how much to heat in the winter?

Tower shots are my favorite. Smart agent for realizing that a “romantic” person is going to buy this house, and then appealing to that interest.

This house is beautiful! I love the widow’s walk. It would be so fun to sit up there on the benches (add some pillows) and read or relax while enjoying the view.

Not “Colonial” in any way despite the listing but as Kelly correctly called it almost a textbook example of mid-Victorian Italianate style. Over an acre of land included, so if the style is appealing, seems like a good deal to me.
