Some nice cast iron mantels in this house and maybe one slate. Overall a good house clearly needs some restoration work but attractively priced, Nice stairs too

Could be on a better street, and needs considerable work, but even so it seems a steal for Bowling Green.

I’m wondering if this might be a planbook house? Everything inside is typical for the period-looks to be more circa 1890 than 1880 but it might have started out that early.

That was me. I was thinking this was late 1880’s rather than the 1900 build date given. I agree, I’ve seen this in a book before.

It does look like a planbook house to me , I am not sure which book I’ve seen it in though.

Love the style of the house on the outside. Love the wood work on the stairs. Just needs some tlc, and would make for a wonderfully, classical home.

I passed by this house tonight. It’s completely gone.
I was incredibly saddened. I’ve driven by this house for the past few months and fantasized owning it.
