    Someone has a sense of humor-note the big blue ball patiently waiting at the bottom of the stairs….

    I find the prospect of stripping the woodwork less daunting than the prospect of looking at the modern structure across the street. Neat house, with mile-high ceilings and interesting flora but spotty -at best- location.

      I wish I would of known about this one! But you’re absolutely correct, the location is definitely “spotty,” I’m from P’cola and this isn’t in the best of areas.

    at least with all the trees in front of the modern structure you couldn’t see it in the summer. What I love best is the description about JP Morgan employees can’t buy it.

    Something really appeals to me about the blue washed bedroom with the 30’s carpet. Don’t know why, but I’d probably leave it as long as it didn’t smell…
