This may be the ultimate Diamond in the Rough! We will need a CASH buyer only due to the condition. The new owner needs to be a laborer with skills who has love to give! You will walk out saying this is one of the most grand homes you have ever been in, the detail is fabulous here. Built by a local business man who wanted to have the nicest home in town. The mantel says 1857 but the Township says 1910. The windows and doors are pieces of art. The rooms have space to display all of your antiques. The roof leaks and has caused some problems in the 1st floor bath, and laundry. This is an OLD house and should be viewed through the eyes of experience.
