Nice 2 story place, more options to make into a residence than the one room schools.

    With 2 acres. Very nice

This building is really located in Rainsburg PA on
Seminary st. Looks like a nice location, if someone had the money this could be a real nice place.

    I must be easily confused.

Building lot available for $25k after sale of building. That seems poorly worded or doesn’t make much sense.

I’m interpreting that as there is another lot in addition to the 2 acres that comes with the building for the asking price. There is no mention of the lot size for the “building lot”. Or is the “building lot” part of the 2 acres and you’re not actually getting two acres at the $100k price.

Nice place. Description says city water and sewer. Lack of heat being the main problem.

This old school house doesn’t have city sewage. It actually has a sand mound right on the property. I know a lot about this school. I don’t see how he can sell it in lots?? I think someone should buy this and restore it because as of now, it’s just sitting there going to waste!
