Normally I would say that having three dimensional, painted birds on the front of your house was overkill, but with this house, it’s all good. This architect had some fun. Good for him!

A special house. I hope whoever buys it loves it just the way it is.

Kelly, no need to thank me now, but it’s amazing this place is still on the market a year later. Decent area, huge lot, negatives are needs some updating, small rooms and the original cypress has been painted. But I love the way this place just says Florida, and nowhere else.

I understand a sale is pending on this unique property. What a fantastic piece of Florida history. There are a couple of blogs by owners of some other homes Sam Stoltz built. Each property is just a dream. Would love to own one of his homes.
