Has most of its original floors, doors, mantels, wainscoting, chair rails, beaded weatherboard etc. It is located on three lots in a sparsely occupied subdivision named after whose owners at one time owned 26,000 acres. Stayed in the original family until 1972. Is a worthy project for the serious restorer.
