    I wonder why they say it “will need extensive renovation”?
    Most rooms look to be in good shape with only cosmetic work needed if desired.
    They don’t show the bathrooms so perhaps they aren’t in great shape?
    Otherwise, I think this could be a great home.

    Yeah, at a glance it doesn’t look all that bad, but I suppose there could be lots of hidden problems there. From looking at the road map, I thought this might be too close to Route 202, which can be busy/noisy, but the aerial view shows that it’s way up on the hill and more or less completely private. I like it!
